Welcome to Alpine / Highland
Suburban Rural Luxury
The communities of Alpine and Highland both share a common esthetic—suburban neighborhoods intermixed with a rural and upmarket feel.
Alpine
Located in the far northeast corner of Utah Valley, Alpine boast stunning mountain views and the highest median sales price in the valley. Alpine has not always been Utah Valley’s most exclusive community, up until the 1950’s it was a small, mostly rural town. By its rich soil, plentiful streams and stunning mountain vista spurred growth—but not too much growth—Alpine city is committed to maintaining the town’s natural beauty through controlled growth. Approximately 13,000 residents currently live in Alpine.
Things to Do:
Stop by Burgess Orchards and pick your own fruit, or indulge in a dish of peach soft serve ice cream topped with fresh peaches.
Highland
Scottish pioneers named the town after the Scottish Highlands they left behind. With its roots in farming and ranching, Highland enjoys a quiet, close-knit feel while retaining much of its rural roots. In recent years, Highland has seen significant growth due to its proximity to Lehi and the Silicon Slopes. There is quick access via Timpanogos Hwy to I-15 then north Salt Lake or south to Provo.
